化學品監管體系全面質量管理體系化學原料/化學制品化工
- 崗位職責 / Key Responsibilities
1. 建立、實施并持續改進公司質量管理體系（ISO 9001、IATF 16949 等）。
Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company’s Quality Management System (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
2. 負責生產過程質量控制與監測，確保產品符合國家標準（GB/T）、客戶標準及國際標準。
Responsible for quality control and monitoring of production processes to ensure compliance with GB/T standards, customer requirements, and international standards.
3. 主導質量問題分析與解決，運用 8D、FMEA等工具推動改進。
Lead quality issue analysis and resolution, applying tools such as 8D, FMEA to drive improvements.
4. 組織和參與供應商質量管理，包括審核、進料檢驗和糾正預防措施的落實。
Organize and participate in supplier quality management, including audits, incoming inspections, and corrective/preventive actions.
5. 參與新產品導入與過程驗證，確保量產質量穩定。
Participate in New Product Introduction and process validation to ensure mass production quality stability.
6. 協助內外部質量審核（客戶審核、第三方審核、體系審核），并跟進整改措施。
Support internal and external quality audits (customer, third-party, system audits) and follow up on corrective actions.
7. 推動精益生產和持續改進項目，提高生產效率和質量水平。
Promote Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and quality levels.
8. 負責質量相關文件、報告和數據的編制與維護。
Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and data.

任職資格 / Qualifications
學歷 / Education
? 本科及以上學歷，機械、工業工程、材料、化學工程、質量管理等相關專業。
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Materials, Chemical Engineering, or Quality Management.
工作經驗 / Work Experience
? 3–5 年以上質量工程 / 質量管理經驗；有合資企業或外企經驗者優先。
? 3–5 years’ experience in quality engineering/management; JV or multinational company experience preferred.
專業知識 / Professional Knowledge
? 熟悉質量管理工具（FMEA、SPC、APQP、8D 等）。
? Familiar with quality tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, 8D, etc.).
? 掌握中國國家標準（GB/T）、CCC 強制認證及國際標準（ISO、ASTM、DIN、IEC 等）。
? Knowledge of GB/T standards, CCC certification, and international standards (ISO, ASTM, DIN, IEC).
技能要求 / Skills
? 熟練使用統計軟件（Minitab、JMP、Excel 等）。
? Proficient in statistical software (Minitab, JMP, Excel, etc.).
? 熟悉 ERP/MES 系統（金蝶、用友等）。
? Familiar with ERP/MES systems (Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.).
? 具備跨部門溝通與跨文化協作能力。
? Strong cross-functional and cross-cultural communication skills.
語言 / Language
? 中文流利，英語良好（口語與書面）。
? Fluent in Mandarin; good command of English.
證書 / Certifications（加分項）
? ISO 內審員資格證書；
? ISO Internal Auditor Certificate;
? CQE（注冊質量工程師）等相關證書。
? CQE (Certified Quality Engineer) or equivalent.
