Role Purpose Develop and implement logistics solutions according to global customers’ requirements. Manage and complete logistics project within agreed time and budget and ensure service quality meets/exceeds customers’ expectation. Provide program management services in such a way that performance and customer satisfaction levels are met. 1. 提供項目管理服務,實現績效服務水平,達到客戶滿意度 2. Manage the solution from an end-to-end perspective across all DHL Business Unit products and services with the goal of managing change, enhancing the customer business model, and creating an environment of service excellence. 2. 在DHL所有業務單位的產品和服務之間制定端對端方面的解決方案,并管理方案,從而積極應對變化,改善客戶業績模型,創建一個優質的服務環境。 3. Bachelor degree or above 1. 大學本科或以上學歷 2. 3+ years of working experience in Logistics project is preferred 2. 具備3年以上物流項目工作經驗者優先 3. Good English skills both in written and verbal 3. 良好的英語書面及口語能力 4. Proactive, able to work under pressure 4. 積極主動,能在壓力下工作
