YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSBILITIES
- Achieving sales target through drug store or end user education 實現銷售指標
- Establishing sales plan and scheduling own activities to implement sales plan in the field that include developing visiting agenda so that these targets are met 建立并通過各項活動和拜訪來執行銷售計劃
- Being in charge of monitor / manage pricing among clients 控制預算
- Executing product education to drugstore keepers by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products and services when visiting existing and new customers 在拜訪消費者時對藥店人員進行產品培訓
- Identifying, researching and contacting prospective customers and building positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business 與客戶保持良好的關系
- Referring sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organization so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands 及時反饋市場信息給各類部門來調整各項策略
WHO YOU ARE
- Education level: higher than college degree 大專以上文化程度。
- At least 1 year working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry, typically in charge of 100 drugstore mgmt. 至少一年的在OTC行業或者跨國零售業的快消行業,最好管理過100家藥店。
- Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving problems 良好的領導能力,口頭和書面表達能力,溝通能力,解決問題能力。
- Being integrity and positive 為人正直,積極向上。
