3、進行暖通系統新建項目調試和驗證工作，完成所需要的各類文件。
Conduct commissioning and verification work for new HVAC system projects, and complete all required documents
4、負責暖通系統的維修和維護，管理備品備件和供應商，保證設備的運營可靠性和維修的及時性。進行設備FEMA分析和故障RCA報告。
Responsible for the repair and maintenance of the HVAC system, managing spare parts and suppliers, ensuring operational reliability of equipment and timely maintenance. Conducting equipment FEMA analysis and failure RCA reports.
5、起草暖通系統的變更申請，評估質量和安全影響，執行所要求采取的措施以降低風險。

8、管理BMS和EMS系統暖通方面運行，分析月度數據制定優化措施。提供客戶需要的趨勢圖。
Manage the operation of HVAC systems in BMS and EMS, analyze monthly data to develop optimization measures, and provide trend charts required by customers.
9、按時完成暖通系統定期測試和再驗證工作。
Complete the regular testing and revalidation of the HVAC system on time
10、進行相應文擋審核、登記和存檔，保證記錄的及時、準確和完整。

11、建立和優化相關操作流程，培訓并保證嚴格執行，發現問題及時匯報并主動解決。
