Job Purpose Statement:
?This is senior nursing leadership role. This role oversees all nursing functions and directs all nursing staff at new medical center . The Director of Nursing major functions encompass management of daily nursing practice, nursing training & education, nursing staff recruitment and retention and nursing quality initiatives. Be responsible to lead within the facility and to transform the Parkway Group core values into operations that result in an efficient, effective and caring organization.
Principal Accountabilities:

1. Provide leadership in the Nursing manpower planning, recruiting and staffing planning.
2. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures as well as clinical SOPs and keep them timely updated for various care settings.
3. Provide leadership in quality and safety management and demonstrate reengineering of process as part of the quality management system.
4. Foster professional relationships through role modeling of nursing team.
5. Promote interdepartmental collaboration to achieve positive patient care outcomes. Initiate professional development & career plans for all levels of staff for their professional career paths within hospital.
6. Be accountable for budgeting and resource allocation including CAPEX, OPEX and revenue cycle planning.
7. Represent new medical center nursing leadership at regulatory conferences and healthcare forums.

Job Requirements:

• ?China Registered Nurse practicing certificate.
• Post- Basic Specialty Certificate/Advance Diploma in Nursing/Degree qualification.
• Nursing Administration/Management/Leadership Advanced Diploma/Degree.
• Masters qualification (desirable).
• At least 5 years’ senior nursing leadership/management experience.
• Knowledge & experience in using key performance indicators.
• Demonstrate desired Leadership behaviours & demonstrate alignment with vision, mission & values.
• Experience in Quality and Risk Management.
• Experience in Human resource, coaching, counseling and manpower planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
