4，Require to focus on activities and or roles, such as Best Practice coordinator, SWIM coordinator, Write MOCs, SWIMs, JSAs, Knowledgeable in EH&S procedure, best practice implementation / participation.

5，Actively participate in TAR/Outages/Start-ups
積極參與工廠大修，停廠及起廠
6，Provide contribution to productivity improvement and get involvement in Sigma and Stable ops efforts at the site
協助提高生產效率并參與到Sigma及穩健操作活動中
7，Responsible for new operators training and participate in oral board reviews for level 2 and below
訓練新進操作人員并參加L2層級及以下的操作員口試復審
8，Provide help in startup and commissioning of new sites in the region as well as training the newly hired workforce if needed
如果有需要，幫助新廠起廠及調試并培訓新進廠的員工
9，Gain / demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the listed systems by completing a checklist
通過完成檢查表來獲取系統中所列出來的更深的知識
10，Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipment inspection etc, ensure the plant run safely and efficiently
與其它操作員及工程師密切配合進行日常工藝過程的調整，管道輸送系統的檢查，產品質量的控制，槽車的充裝以及例行設備巡查等以確保工廠安全及有效的運行
11，Record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job
記錄日常生產工藝參數數據及報告，執行日常/月度的例行工作
12，Assist PMO engineers to implement preventive maintenance
協助維修工程師執行預防性維修工作
13，Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audits and write safety reports
參加相關的安全會議及執行例行的安全審核及填寫相應的安全報告
14，Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, customers, local operation team, OSC, PMO, GSS team, commercial team etc
保持與運輸部，客戶，運作部,OSC,PMO,OTS，商務部門等的良好溝通及密切合作
15，Learn and implement relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government
學習并貫徹空氣化工產品公司及當地政府部門所頒布的相關程序及政策
16，Follow up AP and local government safety procedures and standards
遵守空氣化工產品公司及當地政府部門所頒布的安全程序及標準
QUALIFICATION & BACKGROUND EXPERINCE 資歷及背景經驗
1，Complete level 1 ASU Technology Curriculum, plus Site Specific Curriculum 完成L1層級的空分廠的技術課程及該廠的特殊需求課程
2，Complete ASU Operator Progression Checklist – level 1
完成L1層級檢查表所列培訓課程
3，Take responsibility for site management system, e.g. SWIMs, JSA,MOC issuer, BSP, Best Practice adoption, OSC interface
承擔工廠管理系統的職責如SWIM, JSA MOC, 發出MOC,BSP,合適實踐采納及OSC界面
4，Acquire advanced level knowledge about all plant equipment and systems
具備工廠所有設備及系統更高一層的知識水平
5，Need to be able to respond to any type of emergency
