Responsibilities 職責(zé)
· Receive and process in-house sample orders from SAP system;
通過SAP接收并處理內(nèi)部樣件訂單；
· Check the technical documents availability & confirm the lead time;
確認(rèn)樣件生產(chǎn)所需相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔以及交付時(shí)間；
· Active communication with project leaders on sample project timeline, identify the risk and escalate timely;
主動(dòng)同項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人溝通樣件交付時(shí)間，識(shí)別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并及時(shí)升級(jí)；
· Prepare materials, fixtures, etc. according to BOM requirements;
根據(jù)BOM要求準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)物料以及工裝等；
· Place raw material order to purchasing and track the delivery status;
向采購部門發(fā)起采購訂單并跟蹤交付狀態(tài)；
· Arrange the sample construction with the relevant resources, e.g., MOE, ENG to make sure the OTD & quality;
協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)部門MOE, ENG等資源完成樣件制作，確保按時(shí)按質(zhì)按量交付；
· Establish new Sample line, release and maintain in daily production;
搭建新的樣件生產(chǎn)設(shè)備并完成日常生產(chǎn)必要的釋放和維護(hù)；
· Develop A/B sample process together with TEF;
同TEF部門開發(fā)A/B樣件工藝過程；
· Plan budget for sample’s EWAK, tools and manage sample cost;
策劃樣件所需工裝工具預(yù)算，為樣件成本負(fù)責(zé)；
· Define & maintain quality measurements for sample production line: e.g. FMEA, CP;
制定并更新樣件生產(chǎn)相關(guān)文檔如FMEA，CP以確保樣件質(zhì)量；
· Lead and responsible for problem solving of sample production;
主導(dǎo)樣件生產(chǎn)過程中的問題解決；
· Gain the sample experience in the early stage and support the industrialization performance (e.g., SE meeting, ENG sample involvement, etc.);
收集早期樣件制作相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，助力工業(yè)化（同步工程，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化等）；
· Organize the daily management of sample workshop (5S, 14Q, HSE);
負(fù)責(zé)樣件車間的日常管理工作以及車間員工的工作安排，如5S, 14Q，HSE 等；
· Other CIP activities;
其他CIP活動(dòng)；
· Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives.
上級(jí)交辦的為實(shí)現(xiàn)公司目標(biāo)的其他工作。
Qualifications & Requirements 任職資格及要求
· Education學(xué)歷
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering background or similar technical oriented major.
機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷。
· Experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
Production planning engineer or SE engineer experience, w/ project
experience is preferred.
具備生產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃或同步工程以及項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
· Skills 技能
MS Office skill;
熟練使用辦公軟件；
Fluent English in oral & writing, basic presentation skills;
良好的英文聽說讀寫技能；
Familiar with the manufacturing processes: e.g., Machining, Assembly, Testing, etc.
熟悉生產(chǎn)工藝，如機(jī)加工，裝配及測(cè)試。
