?1.為客戶提供產品應用技術支持及解決方案：Provide customers with product application technical support and solutions：
?1.1對客戶工程師進行連接器及相關的專業技術指導，支持研發物料選型，驗證，以及物料測試生產中的異常協助處理，郵件，電話或現場溝通支持；Provide connector-related technical guidance to customer R&D engineers, support customer R&D parts selection, verification, and abnormal handling in testing and mass production, by email, telephone or on-site communication and support；
?1.2客戶產品生產過程異常確認，協調客訴團隊及品質中心協作解決客訴異常。Confirm the abnormality in customer's production process, coordinate the customer complaint team and the quality center to resolve the customer complaint.
2.培訓：Training.
2.1 制定對銷售人員的培訓計劃，按計劃完成技術培訓，并進行效果確認和反饋提升；
Develop training plan for responsible sales, complete technical training according to the plan, confirm the training quality and feedback, improve.
2..2根據培訓結果和銷售人員的表現，進行培訓計劃的調整或改進培訓方式，提升銷售團隊的技術能力.
According to the training results and sales performance, adjust the training plan or training method to improve the technical ability of the sales team.
2.3銷售及客戶技術問題的解答和培訓。
Sales and customer technical questions answering and training.
3.產品推廣及市場信息收集：Product promotion and market information collection
3.1與銷售合作進行產品推廣，包括對銷售進行技術培訓，與銷售為客戶提供支持，解決客戶技術問題,進行技術選型支持；Cooperate with sales for product promotion, including technical training for sales, support customers together with sales, support technical selection, solve technical problems.
3.2 對市場行業信息進行收集整理及反饋，協助公司有效調整產品推廣策略；Collect, sort out and feedback on market information to assist company to adjust product promotion strategies.
4：技術資料及相關報告整理：Technical files and related reports collation:
4.1工作中進行技術學習和分享，整理成自學報告進行團隊內部分享討論，并形成結論性內容；Technical learning and sharing in daily work, organized into self-study reports for sharing and discussion within the team, and forming conclusive content.
4.2產品推廣培訓資料，應用案例的整理分享，對銷售人員進行培訓，提高推廣效果；Product promotion training materials, collation and sharing for application cases, training sales to improve promotion.
4.3其他技術資料學習及整理。Other technical files learning, collation.
Requirement崗位要求
?1.本科及以上學歷，機械，材料等相關專業; Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanics, materials, etc.
?2.連接器研發或產品技術支持工作經驗;熟練了解連接器生產工藝流程，能對成型，沖壓，電鍍等主要制程問題進行專業分析；Have working experience for Connector R&D or product technical support; Familiar with connector production process, be able to conduct professional analysis on major process issues, including molding, stamping, and plating.
?3.有較強的學習能力分析能力，為人積極并有獨立工作能力; Have strong ability for learning and analysis, be active and can work independently.
?4.具備優秀的口頭和書面的溝通和表達能力; Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
?5.需要良好的英語聽說讀寫能力;CET4及以上; Fluently spoken and written English is a must; CET4 and above.
?6.需要有駕照，少量出差。Need a driver's license to adapt to business trips.
