1. SHE and quality Responsibilities SHE和質量職責
a. Understand and abide by the SHE and the quality
policies, requirements and regulations of China, company and Yantai site. Be responsible for SHE affairs in the jurisdiction and ensure the colleagues’ and his/her own safety and health.
理解、遵守并宣導所有適應的SHE和質量政策、要求和法規，包括國家及地方的法律法規、場地的企業標準和具體要求；對屬地內的 SHE事務承擔直接責任，確保同事及自身的安全與健康。
b. Attend SHE/Quality training actively, to ensure the
process and engineering design to compliance with HAZOP, MSP, etc.
積極參加SHE/質量培訓活動，確保所有工藝流程和工程設計符合 HAZOP、MSP 等標準。
c.Fulfil the responsibility of defined role in process
safety life cycle management.
履行在工藝安全生命周期管理中的職責。
2. Plant Process Improvement 工廠工藝改進
a. Responsible for monitoring and developing Manufacturing Process Control Plans and use information to determine and implement corrective actions.
負責監控和制定制造過程控制計劃，并利用相關信息確定和實施糾正措施。
b. Collecting and investigating improvement opportunities from process point of view;
從工藝角度收集和調研改進機會。
c. Support continuous improvement efforts that provide root-cause analysis of known, repetitive processing…
支持持續改進工作，對已知的、重復發生的工藝問題進行根本原因分析。
d. Participate RCA’s in Improve Plant (if needed);
必要時，參與工廠改進相關的根本原因分析。
e. Managing and developing solutions for improvement opportunities which is from process improvement point of view;
從工藝改進的角度，管理和制定改進機會的解決方案。
f. Analyzing and quantifying impact of solutions;
分析并量化解決方案的影響。
g. Specify scope of solution and send solution to appropriate (work) process for implementation;
明確解決方案的范圍，并將其發送至相應（工作）流程以進行實施。
h. Leading new process technologies which is benefit for GHG, cost, quality, capacity into manufacturing site.
將有利于降低溫室氣體排放、節約成本、提升質量和產能的新工藝技術引入制造工廠。
i.As bridge, to build the connection between plant operation team and engineering team.
作為橋梁，建立工廠運營團隊與工程團隊之間的聯系。
j. Leading the engineering design phase, that support by discipline engineer and 3rd party design institute.
領導工程設計階段的工作，獲得專業工程師和第三方設計院的支持。
k. Increasing levels of user knowledge by (supporting) instructing and training to other engineer, production and maintenance personnel on process issues;
通過指導培訓，向其他工程師、生產和維護人員傳授工藝知識，提升其知識水平。
l. Providing engineering expertise in improvement projects and evaluating these projects whether improvement targets have been met;
在改進項目中提供工程專業知識，并評估這些項目是否達成改進目標。
m. Participate the MOC evaluation process for all change initiatives
參與對所有變更方案的"管理變更"評估流程。
n. Lead site IMPACT development and IP procedure.
領導場地"IMPACT"體系的開發與IP流程。
3.Participate in capital investment projects, accountable/responsible for the following key areas within the discipline:
參與資本性投資項目，負責/承擔本專業領域內的以下關鍵職責：
a. Prepare cost estimation, conceptual studies and
execute projects including basic & detail design and documentation;
編制成本估算、概念研究方案并執行項目，包括基礎與詳細設計及文件編制。
b. Cost, scope, quality and milestones controlling in design phase of all assigned technical projects;
在已分配的所有技術項目的設計階段，控制其成本、范圍、質量和關鍵節點。
c. Ensure compliance of assigned projects with all applicable laws, SHE-and Q-requirements and other applicable regulations;
確保所負責的項目符合所有適用法律、SHE與質量要求以及其他適用法規。
d. Develop or review technical part of ITB (invitation to bidders);
編制或審核招標文件中的技術部分。
e. Technical evaluation of proposals from suppliers and contractors;
對供應商和承包商的技術方案進行技術評估。
f. Provide/develop necessary documents to support all government approvals;
準備/編制必要的文件，以支持獲取所有政府審批。
g. Support Project manager for the management of 3rd parties;
支持項目經理對第三方（供應商/承包商）進行管理。
h. Technical review of all engineering deliverables developed by 3rd parties in deferent project phases;
在項目的不同階段，對第三方編制的所有工程交付文件進行技術審查。
i. Close support operation team during commissioning & start-up;
在項目調試與開車階段，為運營團隊提供緊密支持。
4. Other General responsibilities 其他常規職責
a. To develop, update and/or improve internal standards.
制定、更新和/或完善內部標準。
b. Updating SPECBOOK
更新技術規格手冊。
c. Document, file and communicate all relevant information; Communicate expertise / solutions broadly within D-F if synergy can be achieved.

d. To contribute to the safe design, optimization and improvement of production plants by providing broad and in-depth engineering expertise, and executing projects.

e. Participate evaluation of IP proposals, if necessary;
必要時，參與IP方案的評估。
f. Any other works which deemed could be done by a professional process engineer.

Knowledge and educational level知識和教育水平
1. holds at least a Bachelor of Science degree chemical engineering major, and has a minimum of 5 to 10 years relevant professional experience. Experience in an international working environment is preferred;
至少持有化學工程專業的理學學士學位，并具備5至10年相關專業經驗。具有國際工作環境經驗者優先。
2. is proficient in relevant national codes and standards;
精通相關的國家規范和標準。
3. is knowledgeable in relevant design software;
熟悉相關的設計軟件。
4. can communicate in English at a level sufficient for an international working environment;
具備能夠在國際工作環境中進行有效溝通的英語水平。
5. is able to work in a multi-cultural environment;

Required level of experiences所需的工作經驗
1. has gained during his professional career significant know how in the areas of conceptual, basic and detail design including interface management with contractors, cost estimation, field engineering support, commissioning and start-up of chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical or related plants;
在職業生涯中，在以下領域積累了豐富的專業知識和實踐經驗：化工、制藥、石化或相關工廠的概念設計、基礎設計和詳細設計（包括與承包商的接口管理）、成本估算、現場工程支持、調試和開車。
2. is familiar with the general engineering procedures and work flows;

3. is proficient in using standard office software;
