Job Summary:
We are seeking a self-driving and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to handle the finance planning and analysis job of a project-based business. This role will be responsible for the MAS Sub -BU and other SYSS other broader jobs, and ensures accurate analysis data, support manager to finish the analysis module creation and optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills and a proven ability to coordinate with various function teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure timely and accurate financial analysis reporting.
· Coordinating with operation team to monitor operation KPI and control the risk.
· Supporting the Country FP&A Manager to finish the analysis module creation and optimization.
· Other ad-hoc requests from management level.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or related field.
Experience:
· 3+ years in financial analysis or financial reporting jobs
· Experience in project accounting is desired.
Skills:
· A strong understanding of accounting principles is crucial. Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
· Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
· Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills.
· Have a strong sense of internal control and a keen eye for details and process improvements.
· knowledge in HFM and Power BI will be a plus.
· CPA is preferred.
