Responsibilities崗位職責: 1. Positive develop agents ; manage the project information between agents and direct sales person. 積極開發代理商,并作好代理商間及代理商與直銷人員間的項目報備管理 2. Develop new key accounts, update annual key accounts list, survival of the fittest. 開發新的大客戶,對客戶列表進行年度更新,優勝劣汰。 3. Arrange and analysis sales volume of agents monthly, make monthly sales report; 每月整理分析代理商銷售業績,提供月度銷售報表 4. Master agents’ clients and projects information in China. Provide guidance for sales person about products, technicity and price. As a person in charge of project, take part in the whole sales process and assist project sales *** and his regional sales manager to get the order; 掌握全國代理商全國范圍內銷售的客戶和項目信息;為銷售人員提供產品,技術和價格指導;作為項目負責人,深入銷售全過程并協調項目銷售及其區域經理,必要資源促成訂單 5. Train the sales person about products according to changes of marketing company’s products. Find out industy trends and search information about main competitors and their products to help organize training; 針對市場變化和公司產品變化,定期對銷售人員進行產品培訓;積極了解行業動態和搜集主要競爭對手商業及產品信息,并組織針對性培訓 6. Focus on catching & understanding the opportunity & change of the market, and share meaningful information with operation,marketing and producing department. 積極與公司運營、市場及生產部分就市場機遇及變化定期溝通 7. Make marketing analysis for company’s products. Assist sales person determine the key industry and client, study on the corresponding industry application and make development plan according to project managers’ suggestion and agents’ regional charactristics. Determine the key clients and projects for agents; 公司產品市場分析,根據產品經理的建議及代理商區域特點,幫助銷售確定重點行業和重點客戶,并研究相應行業應用,制定開發計劃;設立代理商的重點客戶及重點項目 8. Assist marketing department develop product marketing plane and analysis successful case. Coordinate with marketing department to develop the popularity of sales tools and organize trainning about the rational use of tools. Assist marketing department make promotion expenses budget and make promotion plan; 配合市場部的產品市場推廣計劃,協助市場部進行成功案例分析;與市場部共同完善銷售工具的普及,并就合理使用對銷售進行培訓;協助市場部做好代理商區域的推廣費用預算并制定推廣計劃 9. Take part in sales meeting in China and keep communication with sales person and his manager about clients and projects through company’s RiteTrak system realtime and effectively; 積極參加各區域及全國銷售會議,并運用公司系統(RiteTrak)保持與銷售及其經理就客戶和項目的實時、有效溝通 10. Organize visit to the plant, organize new products promotion activities and review project management; 組織參觀、考察工廠,定期組織新產品推廣活動并回顧項目管理; 11. Overall coordination key accounts project in the state to assist local sales tracking projects, and maintain the unity of the price; 總體協調大客戶在全國項目,協助當地銷售跟蹤項目,并保持價格的統一性; Qualification崗位要求: 1. Bachelor degree or Mechanical engineering or relevant subject 機械或相關專業本科學歷 2. 3+ years experience hands on sales experience with mechanical or hydraulic background preferred in MNCs 3年以上跨國公司機械或液壓產品方面銷售經驗 3. Customer focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability 以客戶為中心并有極好的溝通和合作能力 4. Self-motivated, a team player 善于自我激勵和團隊合作 5. A good command of English 良好的英語水平 6. Computer literate on MS-office and database 良好的電腦應用能力 7. Frequent domestic travel is required 經常出差 8. Same industrial experiences will be the advantage 相關行業經驗者優先
