    進(jìn)出口報關(guān)化工行業(yè)報關(guān)貿(mào)易/進(jìn)出口
     職位描述 : 
     Activities:
     1)HSSSE: Understand Company’s HSSSE policy; know & apply the golden rules and all HSSSE rules applicable to the line of work
     2)Provide operational and back-office supports for Base Chem trading activities in domestic China and import/export markets
     3)Perform timely and accurate SAP processing required for all operational tasks along the life path of every trading transaction.
     4)Collect and review documentation of counterparties for onboarding in TPCS system and keep them updated from time to time.
     5)Prepare draft contracts according to deal recaps provided by trader and solicit legal comments, communicate with counterparties to conclude the contracts and arrange signatures.
     6)Coordinate and/or negotiate with operators in counterparties on various operational issues around contracted transactions.
     7)Work closely with finance and SSC team to timely arrange payments to vendors and monitor payments from clients, ensure smooth receipts and deliveries of cargos, collection and issuance of VAT invoices. Apply for foreign exchange hedging upon advice by team management in case of import transactions.
     8)Apply and monitor credit issues (open credit, LC, BA, insurance coverage, etc.) with internal and external parties.
     9)Prepare trading documentation and follow up closely with logistics service providers to ensure smooth and safe transport and storage of cargos. Timely identify risks of vessel delay or cargo loss, alert management to take preventive or correctional actions.
     10)Handle customs clearance process for imported cargos under assistance of specialized agents, prepare dossier for declaration and explanations for potential questions from customs, arrange payment for import duty & VAT to ensure smooth cargo release.
     11)Collaboration with finance in dealing with tax authorities and receiving internal/external audits.
     12)Participate in trainings and obtain HSE-related qualifications as required for conducting base chem trading activities in China.
     13)Administrative tasks (meeting arrangements, travel bookings, document translations, company events, office affairs, etc.)
     14)Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
    職位要求:
    1)Bachelor degree or above, minimum 3 year working experiences.
    2)Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English as well as professional communication skills.
    3)Skillful in using OA softwares (word, excel, powerpoint), experience of using SAP system is preferred;
    4)Experiences of import/export declaration, L/C documents, contract exposure, incoterms and maritime chartering terms;
    5)Exposure to commodity trading, purchase or sales functions in previous career path will be a good plus;
    6)Knowledge of base chemical industry (liquid/gas phase, bulk trading) and professional experiences provide added values;
    7)Have emotion management capabilities and can work under pressure and urgent situations;
    8)Has potential to take more responsibilities and grow up with the business of the TotalEnergies group.
