高級外貿跟單業務員

? Knowledge in product sourcing, included Bathroom Furniture / Garden Furniture / Tools ;
? Daily merchandising activities including project follow up, order management, sampling, packaging, supplier management, critical path management and on-time shipments etc;
? Monitor supplier performance and build long-term working relationship;
? Develop new suppliers / factories;
? Negotiate with suppliers to meet customers' cost and quality requirements;
? Work closely with Quality Assurance team in order to meet customers' quality requirements;
? Familiar with EU market;
? Organize and accompany buying / sourcing trips with customers;
? Maintain and update order-processing system;
? Perform other ad hoc duties;
Job Requirements:
? Diploma or above;
? At least 3-5 years of experience in related products field;
? Independent and confident in communication with customers and vendors;
? Excellent communication and negotiation skill;
? Energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented and independent working style;
? Fluent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
? Good MS Office (Excel / Word / PowerPoint / Outlook / Photoshop) skills;

對產品采購方面的知識掌握，涵蓋衛浴家具、園林家具及工具等領域
日常商品運營活動，包括項目跟進、訂單管理、樣品制作、包裝、供應商管理、關鍵路徑管理以及準時發貨等
監督供應商的表現并構建長期合作關系
開發新的供應商/工廠；
與供應商進行協商，以滿足客戶關于成本與質量方面的要求
與質量保證團隊緊密合作，以滿足客戶質量方面的要求
熟悉歐盟市場；
組織并陪同客戶進行采購/尋源之旅
維護并更新訂單處理系統；
執行其他臨時性任務
