Job Responsibilities :
1. Communicate with customers from order management to shipping arrangements and problems shooting on daily basis.
從訂單管理到出貨安排,與客戶保持緊密良好的溝通,處理日常與出貨或訂單執行過程的相關問題。
2. Work closely with Customer, BD , PM,Quanlity ,Perchasing ,PMC ,WHS, Logistic & Vendors in monitoring shipment delivery and facilitate a smooth launch process of new product development project.
與客戶、BD、PM、質量、采購團隊、PMC、WHS、物流和供應商密切合作,監控貨物交付,促進新產品開發項目的順利交付。
3. Monitor closely on-time delivery of outstanding orders, reports and takes corrective action timely when order exceed due date.
密切監控未完成訂單、報告和超期未交訂單需及時采取正確糾正措施。
4. Maintain good record of shipment/order information in timely/accurate manner and present in structured/transparent format.
及時準確地維護出貨以及訂單信息以形成良好記錄并以結構化/透明格式呈現
5. Collect, consolidate, monitor, measure, analyze business data and prepare periodic reports for review on vendors performance or when needed.
收集、整合、監控、測量、分析業務數據并準備定期報告供應商績效或在需要時進行呈現。
6. Participant in creating and setting up system parameters; ensure data accuracy in various systems or reports;
參與創建和設置系統參數;確保各個系統或者報告的數據準確性;
7. Assist in Ad-Hoc Supply Chain projects and work assignments as determined by department head.
協助由部門負責人指定或者分配的其他臨時供應鏈項目和工作任務。
Job Requirements :
1. College Degree or above in Supply Chain or Logistics ;
大?;蛞陨蠈W歷供應鏈管理或物流專業;
2. 5 years plus experience in supply chain & basic commercial knowledge; 5年以上供應鏈領域經驗及基本的商業知識;
3. Logistics & Shipping Knowledge;
物流和運輸知識;
4. Solid communication skills in terms of English;
扎實的英語溝通能力;
5. Good knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Access/PPT;
熟悉MRP/ERP系統,精通Microsoft Office包括Excel和Access/PPT;
6. Possess good working attitudes, attention to details, be result-oriented, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
具有良好的工作態度,注重細節,注重結果,優秀的分析和人際交往能力。
7. Excellent team work player, organization, planning and communication skills;
具備優秀團隊合作所要求的團隊合作精神、組織能力、計劃能力和溝通能力;
8. Strong ability to withstand pressure .
