Strategy Sourcing Engineer 戰略采購工程師（短期半年崗）
薪資：12-14K
Job Responsibilities崗位職責：
1. The development of key parts and suppliers, assist related members to complete the material and supplier certification and management.
關鍵零件和供應商的開發，協助相關成員完成物料及供應商認證及管理工作。
2. To integrate and optimize the existing suppliers and products, and schedule the supplier backup plan, to reduce the comprehensive cost, improve the delivery date.
對現有供應商及產品進行整合和優化，制定供應商備選計劃，降低綜合成本，改善交貨期。
3. Supplier of integrated performance and risk evaluation and improvement.
供應商綜合表現及風險評價及改進。
4. Assist SQE to solve the quality problem quickly.
協助供應商質量工程師快速解決質量問題
5. Make clear and accurate records for each supplier, regular analysis of records and inform suppliers and purchasing director, supply chain managers about quality problems and technical improvements
對各供應商做清晰準確的記錄，定期分析記錄并及時通知供應商和采購主管、供應鏈經理有關質量問題和技術改進
6. Support PM to complete the sourcing work on time.
協助項目經理按時完成項目采購工作。
7. Able to provide cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans according to product
能夠根據產品提供降本增效方案
8. Complete other jobs assigned by the superior
完成上級交辦的其它工作
Requirement 崗位要求:
1.Bachelor or above, majority engineering
本科及以上學歷，工科專業。
2.More than 5years working experience on sourcing in injection molding industry
3-5年以上注塑行業工作經驗
3.Good at cost breakdown and cost analysis, especially on injection molding parts and Resin perspective 擅長注塑件成本評估和分析，熟悉塑料粒子
4.Excellent reporting skill (PPT, Excel)
擅長并熟練運用PPT，Excel等工具進行工作匯報
5.Strong sense of commercial (Familiar with drafting contract, risk control, etc.)
熟悉商務合同起草、風險管控等
6.Honest and reliable (important)
具有良好的從業品德，為人誠信可靠。(重要)
7. Strong interpersonal communication skill
具備較強的人際溝通能力
8.Proactive with strong self-motivation
