崗位職責：
1. 負責SAP PP模塊的實施工作，包括收集和評估業務需求，制定系統解決方案，并按項目計劃推進實施；撰寫并維護PP模塊的業務藍圖、功能說明書、培訓手冊等項目文檔；
Responsible for the implementation of SAP PP module, including collecting and evaluating business requirements, developing system solutions, and executing implementation according to project plans; writing and maintaining business blueprints, functional specifications, training manuals, and other project documents for the PP module.
2. 負責PP模塊的系統配置工作，撰寫并維護配置文檔；
Responsible for the system configuration of the PP module, writing and maintaining configuration documents.
3. 負責PP模塊的日常運維與支持，及時診斷并解決系統使用過程中出現的各類問題；
Responsible for daily operation, maintenance, and support of the PP module, diagnosing and resolving various system issues in a timely manner.
4. 跟進用戶需求并提供適宜的解決方案，根據業務需求調整系統配置，撰寫開發說明書并完成功能測試；協助關鍵用戶進行用戶驗收測試（UAT）及集成測試；
Follow up on user requirements and provide appropriate solutions; adjust system configuration based on business needs; write development specifications and conduct functional testing; assist key users in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing.
5. 為業務用戶提供系統操作培訓及指導；
Provide system operation training and guidance to business users.
6. 完成上級安排的其他工作任務。
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.
崗位要求：
1. 本科及以上學歷，計算機、信息管理或制造相關專業；
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science, Information Management, or manufacturing-related fields.
2. 5年及以上工作經驗，其中3年以上SAP顧問經驗；具備至少2個SAP PP模塊完整項目實施經驗；
Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 3 years as an SAP consultant; at least 2 full-cycle SAP PP module implementation project experiences required.
3. 精通PP模塊系統配置，能夠獨立完成相關解決方案的配置工作；熟悉SAP各業務模塊間的集成邏輯與數據流轉；
Proficient in PP module system configuration, capable of independently configuring related solutions; familiar with the integration logic and data flow between SAP business modules.
4. 熟悉生產制造業務流程，具有快速消費品（FMCG）行業制造業背景者優先；
Familiar with production and manufacturing business processes; candidates with manufacturing background in the FMCG industry are preferred.
5. 工作積極主動，抗壓能力強，具備良好的學習能力、溝通協調能力及團隊合作意識；
Proactive, able to work under pressure, with strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and team collaboration awareness.
6. 英語讀寫流利，具備良好的英語口語及聽力能力者優先。
Fluent in written English; good oral and listening skills are preferred.
