Key Responsibilities

主要職責

成功的候選人將負責對進行中的項目室內飾面運營進行全面審查和日常監督，包括：

1. Shop Drawings & Materials Inspection 1. 施工圖與材料檢查

• Plan Reviews for Technical Accuracy: Critically examine current interior design drawings, finish specifications, millwork details, cabinetry layouts, and installation tolerances prior to application to ensure compliance with relevant North American finishing standards and aesthetic requirements.
  
• 技術準確性方案審查： 在應用前，嚴格審查當前的室內設計圖紙、飾面規格、木制品詳圖、櫥柜布局和安裝公差，以確保符合相關的北美飾面標準和美學要求。
  
• Plan Reviews for Product Alignment and Accuracy: Evaluate and review shop drawings for finish materials and millwork for completeness and conformance to the approved modular designs issued for production.

• Must have experience redlining and reviewing complex millwork and finish shop drawings.

• Verification Raw Material Inspection: Assist in the quality inspection of incoming materials, including flooring (e.g., LVT, tile), interior doors, trim, paint, and cabinetry components, verifying color, texture, quantity, and lack of transit damage.

• Process Mapping: Review and revise the current workflow for painting, flooring installation, door hanging, cabinet setting, and final trim installation.

• Suggest improvements or efficiencies where necessary, focusing on reducing damage, eliminating finish blemishes, and ensuring perfect fit-and-finish.

• Techniques & Equipment: Evaluate existing tools and worker techniques in use for cutting, joining, securing, painting, and sealing finish materials.

• Recommend specific upgrades, additions, training, or modifications to improve process efficiency and high-end aesthetic consistency.

• Training and Mentorship: Lead hands-on and classroom training sessions for the finish teams on best practice techniques for precise trim work, seamless joint painting, quality cabinet installation, and damage prevention.

3. Quality Assurance & Standards Development 3. 質量保證與標準制定

• Quality Control (QC) Program: Review and enhance the current QC Inspection and Testing Plans, project quality criteria, and quality control documentation processes for all interior finishes.

• This must include paint finish checks (drips, coverage, sheen), door hardware alignment, flooring levelness, cabinet install squareness, and trim gap tolerances.

• Defect Root Cause Analysis: Identify and troubleshoot common finish defects such as paint runs, damaged cabinet faces, uneven flooring, or misaligned doors/hardware, and develop preventative measures or appropriate repair/touch-up procedures.
  
• 缺陷根本原因分析： 識別和排除常見的飾面缺陷，如油漆流淌、櫥柜面板損壞、地板不平或門/五金件未對齊，并制定預防措施或適當的維修/修補程序。
  
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop clear, visual, and concise SOPs for all critical steps in finishing, painting, flooring, and door installation where these SOPs don’t already exist in the company system.

Qualifications

資格要求

• Nationality/Residency: Chinese.
  
• 國籍/居住地： 中國籍。
  
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial or multi-family residential interior finishing, focusing on high-volume production, high-end finishing, or final quality control inspection.
  
• 經驗： 至少 3 年商業或多戶住宅室內飾面實踐經驗，重點是大規模生產、高端飾面或最終質量控制檢驗。
  
• Technical Expertise:
  
  • knowledge of governing North American finish standards related to acceptable gaps, tolerances, paint application, and installation quality for doors, cabinets, and flooring.
  • 了解北美現行飾面標準，涉及門、櫥柜和地板的可接受間隙、公差、油漆應用和安裝質量。
  • Professional certification or proven expertise in cabinet installation, fine carpentry, or paint finishing is highly sought after.
  • 在櫥柜安裝、精細木工或油漆飾面方面擁有專業認證或已證實的專業知識將獲高度青睞。
  • Experience or qualification with AWI (Architectural Woodwork Institute), NWFA (National Wood Flooring Association), or ISO quality standards will be strongly considered.

  • Comprehensive understanding of different finish materials (wood, laminate, various paint sheens) and their specific installation and handling requirements.

• 技術專長：
  
• Modular/Factory Experience (Preferred): Experience working on modular, prefabricated, or production-line construction projects is a significant asset.

• Training & Communication: Proven ability to effectively train, mentor, and communicate technical information to diverse multi-lingual teams.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to be on a factory floor for extended periods and withstand production-line environments as required.

Compensation and Logistics

• Contract Duration: 1 year.
