Responsibilities 職位描述
1. Manage NPI demand and supply, interface with customer and contract manufacturer for delivery schedule, evaluate raw materials usage and risk buy.

2. Manage project, coordinate cross functional team to meet project milestones, evaluate project risk, manage project schedule, prioritize project actions, report project progress and escalate issues.
管理項目，協調跨職能團隊實現項目里程碑，評估項目風險，管理項目進度，確定項目行動的優先順序，報告項目進度并上報問題。
3. Estimate product cost, manufacture process, BOM and routing; Identify cost impacts in different project development phases. Provide cost difference justification and analysis.
估算產品成本、制造過程、物料清單和工藝路線；識別不同項目開發階段的成本影響。提供成本差異理由和分析。
4. Manage NPI to MP transition, make sure product, tooling and manufacture process have been fully verified before mass production.
管理新產品導入到量產的過渡，確保產品、工裝和制造過程在量產前得到充分驗證。
5. Manage product life cycle and engineering change, initiate ECN and manage the implementation.
管理產品生命周期和工程變更，啟動ECN并管理實施。
6. Involved in product and manufacture process design, provide cost effective suggestion to product designer to optimize process and reduce product cost.
參與產品和制造工藝設計，為產品設計人員提供成本效益建議，優化工藝，降低產品成本。
7. Accomplish tasks assigned from manager.
完成經理交辦的任務。
Qualifications任職資格
Education: Bachelor or above
學歷：本科及以上學歷
Major: Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related.
專業：機械、自動化、電氣、電子工程或相關專業
Professional: Skillful Auto CAD user
技能：熟練操作Auto CAD
Work Experience: 2 year or above, engineering project management, manufacturing improvement, tooling design, industry automation experience preferred.
工作經驗：2年以上，工程項目管理，制造改進，工裝設計，工業自動化經驗優先。
