一、Job Responsibilities / 崗位職責
Oversee the overall financial management of the company’s operations in Antigua & Barbuda, including budgeting, cost control, cash flow planning, and financial analysis.
負責公司在安提瓜的整體財務管理工作,包括預算管理、成本控制、資金規劃及財務分析。
Take a hands-on role during the initial phase of the project, directly handling operational and execution-level finance tasks.
在項目初期階段,需親自下場,實際參與并完成各類具體、實務性的財務工作,而非僅從事管理或監督。
Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards.
建立并維護符合安提瓜當地法規及國際會計準則的財務制度與內控制度。
Act as the primary finance contact with external accounting and audit firms, potentially including one of the Big Four firms.
作為公司主要財務對口人,直接對接外部會計師事務所(預計為國際事務所),配合財務報表、審計及稅務合規事項。
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other external professional service providers.
負責與銀行、審計機構、稅務顧問及其他外部專業機構的溝通與協調。
Prepare regular financial reports and provide analysis and recommendations to senior management.
向管理層提供定期財務報告、經營分析及決策支持建議。
Support financial feasibility analysis and risk assessment for new projects and business initiatives.
配合項目發展,參與新業務及新項目的財務評估與風險分析。
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and financial information, demonstrating a high level of professionalism at all times.
接觸商業內容及敏感信息,須保持高度保密,嚴守職業操守,并持續展現專業形象。
二、Qualifications / 任職要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
本科及以上學歷,財務、會計、金融或相關專業。
Mandatory experience working under UK or US-based financial or accounting systems.
必須具備英國或美國體系下的財務或會計相關工作經驗,如外資企業、跨國公司或國際專業機構背景。
Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP is highly preferred.
熟悉國際財務報告準則(IFRS)或美英會計準則(US GAAP / UK GAAP)者優先。
Proven experience liaising directly with external accounting or audit firms, preferably international or Big Four firms.
具備與外部會計師事務所直接對接的實際經驗,有國際事務所或四大背景者優先。
Business-level fluency in both English and Chinese, spoken and written.
中英文聽說讀寫須達商務級流利,能夠進行專業溝通、會議及書面往來。
Highly reliable, discreet, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of confidentiality and the ability to handle high-responsibility assignments.
謹慎可靠,具高度保密意識,能夠承擔高要求、高責任性質的工作職責。
Comfortable with a hands-on, execution-driven role, especially in the early stage of an overseas project.
能接受并認同項目初期“親力親為、邊做邊建”的工作方式,不適合僅偏好純管理崗位的人選。
Willing to work overseas for a minimum contract term of two years; gender-neutral.
能接受至少兩年的海外工作安排,性別不拘。
