3.Effectively identify the risk of the process, strengthen the quality control, and continue to promote the yield improvement action through cross department cooperation to achieve the yield target.

4. Maintain and optimize quality system and ensure it run smoothly in related area.
維護品質體系確保體系可以順暢運作。
5. Follow up process quality OCAP implementation
跟蹤過程品質異常的處理機制落實
6.Supervise the implementation of LPA and review audit findings weekly, push audit findings to closure
監督內部分層審核計劃執行，每周審視稽核問題點，推動問題點關閉
7. Monitor factory quality performance. Identify risk point ,optimize control plan .
監控產品品質績效，識別風險點優化控制計劃。 8. Co-work with PQM to deal customer complaint .promote in plant process improvement and standardization promotion 與PQM 合作處理客訴。推動廠內制程改善和標準化推廣。
9.Build quality culture，improve quality awareness of all staff .
建立品質文化,提升全員品質意識。
10.Identify CTQ for each process and set up control plan .
識別制程品質關鍵建立控制計劃。
11. Lead the line qualification of general and Copy line, line/site changes
主導通用及Copy line、線體/場地變更時的驗收

職責要求：

1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering is preferred;
本科以上學歷電子機械專業優先
2.5 years' experience of quality control/management. familiar PCB/FPC/CCS is a plus.
5年以上品質管理經驗，熟悉FPC /PCB/CCS 優先。
3.Familiar with quality system such as ISO9000/QS9000/ISO14001/IATF 16949 etc.
熟悉ISO9000/QS9000/ISO14001/IATF 16949等品質體系。
4.Good knowledge in advance quality tools such as APQP/PPAQ/MSA/SPC/FMEA etc.

5.Good communicate skill and fluent in English.

6.Capability to lead a team to meet tough target.
