1. 輔助供應商質量保證體系來促進供應商的持續改進和提升產品質量;
Assist suppliers in quality assurance processes and procedures to facilitate continuous
improvement of supplier and product quality performance.
2. 評審供應商質量問題的糾正預防改善報告，驗證改善對策的有效性;
Review SCAR of supplier quality issues and verify the effectiveness of supplier actions
3. 通過對質量系統、生產過程和特殊工藝的評審來執行年度稽核和參與新供應商的資
格認證;
Perform supplier annual audit and participate in source qualification by performing
quality and manufacturing system surveys and special process surveys;
4. 維護和改進供應商績效評分并推動供應商改善。根據需要與供應商召開月會;
Maintain and improve suppliers scorecard database and drive supplier for
improvement. Arrange monthly meeting with supplier as required;
5. 評審供應商PPAP文件,確保滿足要求;
Review supplier PPAP to meet the requirements;
6. 供應商扣款質量責任的確認和工作流審批;
Confirm the quality responsibility in supplier chargeback and workflow approval;
7. 制定進料檢驗的標準來支持IQA檢驗活動, 處理并推動內部質量改進。
Make material inspection criteria to support IQA inspection activities，dispose and push internal quality improvement.
8. 協助配合采購部門對新物料及新廠商的開發
Develop new material & new supplier with Sourcing.
任職要求：
1. 機械/材料科學/制造/電子/電氣/工業工程或相關專業; 學士學位者優先;
Degree in Mechanical /Material Science/ Manufacturing/ Electronics/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related discipline; Bachelor degree is preferred;
2. 至少5年及以上供應商質量管理工作經驗者，有2年以上車載行業工作經驗者佳；熟悉FPC/CCS原材料(如PSA、鋼片、電子材料、機構件、鎳片、塑膠、鋁鈀等)相關知識和應用；
Min 5 years of Supply Chain Quality Management experience, Min 2 years of automotive industry experience prefer; Familiar with FPC raw materials (such as PSA, steel sheet, electronic materials, mechanism parts,Ni SUS,plastic,Al etc.) knowledge and application.
3. 有流利的英語聽說讀寫能力;
Have the ability to speak and write English fluently;
4.熟悉質量工具、管理體系(ISO9001 / IATF16949/QC080000)和5大手冊如PPAP / SPC / FMEA / MSA / APQP;
Familiar with quality tools, management system (ISO9000/IATF16949/QC080000),and 5 tools such
as PPAP/SPC/FMEA/MSA /APQP methodology;
5.有良好的溝通能力,包括與供應商和內部部門。良好的團隊協調工作能力;
Have good communication skills, with suppliers and internal departments; Good Team coordination skills;
6. 足夠的辦公軟件應用技能;
Enough skill of office software application;
7.審核供應商經驗,內部審核員(IATF16949)資格優先。
Audit supplier experience, with internal auditor qualification(IATF16949) preferred;
