Key Responsibilities：
EHS:
SMAT AUDIT per Month
Support EHS office to analyze the root cause for H&S incident, Unsafety Activity and condition
Improve energy reduction system in the plant
EMAT AUDIT per Month
Support Environment pillar to analyze the root cause for Environment incident
WCM :
1.Provide expertise support in WCM field and support management team to drives the culture change to focus on lean techniques and processes improvement;
2.Lead WCM internal assessment and assist Group audit, provide guidance of improvement for all departments based on evaluation results and supervise improvement plan implementation;
3.Lead and partner WCM related training to enhance the ability of Lean production and improvement of all department staffs;
4.Responsible for CD pillar to identify the losses, saving plan and projects, to follow and control WCM progress with Pillar Owner for each projects to achieve saving planning;
5.NMS: In combination with the factory CD and annual budget, take the lead in completing the project identification of WCM A/B/C and the statistical follow-up of Project Tracker, and assist the Plant Manager in completing the preparation and update of the factory road map;
6.Digital: Be responsible for external communication and internal coordination of factory digital software and platform deployment;
7.Ensure basic tools correct using and provide routine coaching for plant employees;
8.Wastes elimination base on the analysis, such as productivity increasing, capacity enhancement, space saving, material flow optimization;
9.Achieve other tasks assigned by plant manager;
Typical Education Level：
Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or relevant science and engineering;
Relevant experience, knowledge and skills：
1.More than 2 years of WCM or Lean production related experience in manufacturing-type enterprise, and in management position for minimum 2 years;
2.Proficient in lean production knowledge and tools (5s, 7 kinds of waste, improve, visual management etc.);
3.Know about office software such as Excel, word, powerpoint etc.
4.Better for knowing about ISO system(ISO9001,14001,45001);
5.Fluent both in oral and written English, CET-4,and prefer CET-6;
