CATIAUG覆蓋件，保險杠，前門，尾門等大件模具評審模具設計
Job main Deliverables
Main job is to do stamping tooling design review
Attend the global sourcing project kick off meeting ,lnvolve and support for project management
Support to validate the supplier design plan
Training the supplier for stamping drawing standard
Quick familiar the project input data ,including the DFN, press line, process , simulation
Develop the new stamping technology in standard
Support to find solution for project hard point
Advice the new process and technical to save investment
Supplier delivery file checking
Tooling design risk control and following
主要工作交付：
- 主要工作是做沖壓模具設計審核
- 參加全球采購項目啟動會議，參與并支持項目管理
- 支持驗證供應商的設計計劃
- 培訓供應商沖壓圖紙標準
- 快速熟悉項目輸入數據，包括DFN、沖壓線、工藝、仿真
- 在標準中開發新的沖壓技術
- 支持為項目難點找到解決方案
- 建議新工藝和技術以節省投資
- 供應商交付文件檢查
- 模具設計風險控制和跟蹤
Key decisions:
totally understood the stamping tooling standard and apply it
Explain the standard to supplier and tool tracker
Fix the issues raised by the die maker
Make proposal for optimization
Coordinate activities for die design review with the regions
Good die design for marching/assembly/ try out
Good quality of delivery file
關鍵決策：
- 完全理解沖壓模具標準并加以應用
- 向供應商和模具追蹤人員解釋標準
- 解決模具制造商提出的問題
- 提出優化建議
- 與各地區協調模具設計評審活動
- 良好的模具設計，適用于行進/裝配/試用
- 交付文件質量良好
任職要求
Requirements:
Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals for stamping
Deep understanding of Auto stamping tooling process
Familia with stamping tooling material and standard component
Supplier managment skill
New technical development skill
Knowledge of tolerance requirement
Familiar to Office soft ( Excel word PPT Outlook Teams) and office equipment
Fluent English

- 熟悉沖壓模具材料和標準部件

- 公差要求知識
- 熟悉辦公軟件（Excel word PPT Outlook Teams）和辦公設備
- 英語流利
Prior Work Experience in any of the following areas:
Experience of stamping tooling design for casting die, progressive die, hot forming die at least 8 years
Experience of designing the drawing die , trimming , restriking & flanging , CAM die, progressive die ,checking fixture
Expertise in CATIA V5/V6 and/or Unigraphics
Experience to do simulation of Autoform
有以下任何領域的工作經驗優先：
- 8年以上壓鑄模、連續模、熱成型模沖壓模具設計經驗
- 拉延模、修邊、翻邊、斜楔、連續模、檢具設計經驗
- CATIA V5/V6和/或Unigraphics方面的專業知識
- 有AUTOFORM仿真經驗
