WE VALUE:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering ；
2.Experience in 3-phase high-voltage inverter hardware design & testing (SCH/PCB, function block, HW integration, EOL, PCBA ATP, performance validation)；
3.Component selection & validation (CAN, power module, capacitor, gate driver, isolated power supply)；
4.Preferred knowledge of embedded systems: multi-microprocessor, SMPC, analog/digital signals measurement ；
5.Familiar with DVP test plan, EMC validation process, and inverter & motor dyno testing ；
6.Familiar with tools: Power analyzer, oscilloscope, insulation analyzer, current/voltage probes ；
7.Familiar with hardware design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro；
8.Lab electrical operation certification required；
9.3+ years’ experience in hybrid/EV inverter development preferred
POSITION ROLES
1.According to project requirements, complete the schematic or PCB design and release, interface with the supplier to do DFM analysis or the PPAP activities；
2.Interface with software team members to develop and execute testing plans, write test cases, record defects, and track corrective actions ；
3.Traction inverter power stage development validation ；
4.Writing design validation spec. ；
5.Support DVP , failure root cause analysis, benchmark activities ；
6.Model development, Verification & Validation for customer project ；
7.Customer fast response support during project execution
