崗位要求:
1、 學歷與專業背景
- 本科及以上學歷,國際貿易、市場營銷、商務英語、石油天然氣相關專業優先,接受優秀應屆畢業生;
- 具備會展行業、B2B銷售、跨境商務相關實習或工作經驗者優先,熟悉國際會展運作流程者加分。
2、 語言能力(核心要求)
- 英語聽說讀寫能力流利,可作為工作語言(能無障礙與境外客戶進行電話溝通、線上洽談及商務文檔撰寫);
- 掌握韓語、俄語、阿拉伯語等其他小語種者優先(對應海外石油天然氣市場重點區域)。
3、 專業技能與工作能力
- 具備優秀的銷售意識與溝通表達能力,能精準挖掘客戶需求,高效推進商務洽談與合作簽約;
- 熟悉境外客戶開發渠道與維護方法,能獨立完成境外石油天然氣企業客戶的對接與關系維護;
- 了解全球石油天然氣行業展會資源,具備展會項目推廣與客戶組織參與的實操能力;
- 具備較強的服務意識,能清晰對接展臺搭建、地接、供應商篩選等全流程服務的協調工作;
- 熟練使用Office辦公軟件及線上溝通工具(如Zoom、WhatsApp、LinkedIn等),具備基礎的商務文檔處理能力。
1. Educational Background & Major

Bachelor's degree or above; majors in International Trade, Marketing, Business English, Oil & Gas related fields are preferred; outstanding fresh graduates are accepted;

Internship or work experience in the exhibition industry, B2B sales, or cross-border business is preferred; additional points for familiarity with the operation process of international exhibitions.
2. Language Ability (Core Requirement)

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as the working language (able to conduct telephone communication, online negotiations and business document writing with overseas clients without obstacles);

Proficiency in other minor languages such as Korean, Russian, and Arabic is preferred (corresponding to key regions of the overseas oil and gas market).
3. Professional Skills & Work Ability

Possess excellent sales awareness and communication skills, able to accurately identify customer needs and efficiently promote business negotiations and cooperation signing;

Familiar with overseas customer development channels and maintenance methods, able to independently conduct docking and relationship maintenance with overseas oil and gas enterprise clients;

Understand global oil and gas industry exhibition resources, and have practical ability in exhibition project promotion and organizing customer participation;

Possess strong service awareness, able to clearly coordinate the whole-process services such as booth construction, local ground support and supplier screening;

Proficient in using Office software and online communication tools (such as Zoom, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.), and have basic business document processing ability.
工作內容:
1.負責境外客戶展位銷售,以電話溝通、線上洽談為主要方式,對接境外石油天然氣企業客戶,組織其參與全球石油天然氣展會;為境外企業客戶提供展臺搭建裝修、地接等全流程服務。
2.深度挖掘境外客戶核心采購需求,為客戶提供中國境內供應商篩選、代采購等全流程服務;
1、Responsible for booth sales to overseas clients: primarily using phone calls and online negotiations to engage with overseas oil and gas enterprise clients, organizing their participation in global oil and gas exhibitions; providing overseas corporate clients with full-process services such as booth design & construction and local ground support.
2、Deeply explore the core procurement needs of overseas clients, and provide them with end-to-end services including supplier screening and procurement agency for Chinese domestic suppliers.
