井口安全員海上石油井口工程師
Position Overview:
? As a team leader onsite to supervise wellhead field teams during installation, maintenance, and testing of wellhead systems.
? Plan and coordinate daily operational activities in collaboration with the client’s operations .
? Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company HSE policies and regulatory standards.
? Review and approve service reports, job hazard analysis (JHA), and operational checklists.
? Monitor job progress, troubleshoot operational challenges, and implement corrective measures.
? Manage logistics of wellhead tools, equipment, and personnel for job sites.
? Provide technical expertise and support to team members during on-site and off-site operations.
? Maintain accurate documentation upon conclusion of executed operations performed on-site and off-site.
? Mentor field technicians and promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
? Participate in pre-job briefings, risk assessments, and after-action reviews.
? Analysis of failures in site maintenance operations and associated improvement proposals, both in technical and organizational terms,
? The definition and implementation of progress actions to optimize the consumption of spare parts, tools and consumables.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Eng./HND in Mechanical, Petroleum, or related Engineering discipline.
? 8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role of having worked with repair, refurbishment, commissioning, troubleshooting of wellheads, X Mas trees and pressure control and/or pressure containing equipment.
? Must be conversant with installation of conventional and compact wellhead systems
? Strong knowledge of wellhead equipment installation procedures, maintenance and repair activities.
? Proven leadership and team management skills.
? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in english & franch.
? Strong understanding of HSE practices and regulatory compliance.
? Proficiency in report writing and use of Microsoft Office Suite.
? Ability to work under pressure and in any field location.
? Valid offshore safety certifications are required.
we are looking to hire a qualified and experienced Wellhead teamleader(offshore) to lead wellhead installation, maintenance, and intervention operations across various field locations in Congon. As a vital player in the field operations team, the team leader will perform regular inspections, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to enhance the productivity and safety of wellhead installations. Strong technical expertise, a commitment to safety procedures, and the ability to work in challenging environments are essential for success in this position.
