How You’ll Make an Impact
● Coordinating co-development of power converter with suppliers in China
● Participating in design to achieve higher quality and reliability of power converter
● Coordinating application/project design activities with developers of power converter team
● Driving purchase specifications and documentation activities
● Coordinating software and control activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders
● Participating in QA audits at supplier’s facilities
● Support converter warranty cases and trouble shooting in fleet performance
● Collaborating of developing future grid technology with SE innovation center, such as grid forming
What You Bring
● You are a B.SC. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar – Wind turbine knowledge is an advantage
● You have 5 years+ hands-on experience for converter applications
● You have ownership attitude of requirement specification and documentation in general
● You are familiar with both GB and IEC standards in relation to power converter
● You have a structured, communicative and self-motivated approach to your tasks
● You have the ability to operate cross-functional with a high number of interfaces
● You have strong communication skills
● Strong English and Chinese skills both orally and in writing
Up to 90 days travelling a year to be expected.

領導與本地供應商聯合開發電力變流器的工作
參與設計工作，提升電力變流器的質量與可靠性
與全球電力變流器團隊的開發團隊協調全球項目設計相關工作
主導采購規范制定以及相關文檔編寫工作
與供應商和內部相關人員協調變流器控制軟件與控制的相關開發工作
參與供應商開發工作，和工廠的 測試和質量的審核工作
為變流器運維保修案例提供支持，并且針對運營項目的運行表現進行故障排查
與 西門子能源全球創新中心合作開發未來電網技術，比如構網技術，智能控制技術等等
任職要求
擁有電氣工程或相關專業的學士或碩士學位，有風力發電機相關知識者優先
具備 5 年及以上的變流器應用實操經驗
對待技術規范制定與文檔編寫工作有主人翁意識
熟悉與電力變流器相關的中國國家標準（GB）以及國際電工委員會標準（IEC）
處理工作時具備條理化的思路、良好的溝通能力，并且有自我驅動力
具備出色的積極主動溝通能力，擅長處理跨職能的多協作
具備優秀的英語和中文的口頭與書面表達能力
另外該崗位要求每年出差時長最多可達 90 天
