Key Accountabilities:
? To develop the product list and collect the sales point to support marketing work out POSM.
? To provide technical Support for distributor and customer ,handle the endusers complain for our product .
? To provide the training for distributor sales and key account.
? To assist Senior Technical Support Engineer to handle production formulation management to ensure the formulation meeting the requirement of market and customer.
? To assist Senior Technical Support Engineer to ensure the production quality to meet the requirement.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
? Bachelor degree or above, profound knowledge in lubricants would be preferred.
? Minimum 3 years of relevant technical Support experiences in lubricants industy.
? A plus if has minimum 2 years knowledge of product mgt.
? Familiar with technical and formulation management;Must be able to have good customer management skills too.
? Fluent in oral and written English & external communication.
? Adapt for frequent business travel up to 50%.
