合同審核合同管理體系建立
Related Engineering Degree or Diploma.Native-level English ,excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English and proficiency in Mandarin.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF WORK:
?
Provide professional advice, assistance to all assigned Departments of the Corporation in contractual
matters from inception of project till close out of contracts.
?
Preparation of contracts in coordination with engineering and HQ legal team.
?
Provide contracts administration for EPC project including documentation of letters, review of
correspondence between Company and Contractor, handling claims and variations, verifications of the
payment claims, preparation of documentation and advice to support dispute resolution and other
necessary contract support during the entire phases of the Project.
?
Provide general coordination related to contract management including
1. Execution of Contract
2. Expeditious development of Contract document
3. Record and publish Meeting Memos and chairing a Meeting as required
?
Review scopes of contract, finalization of contract documentation including preparation /review/finalization
of terms and condition and pricing mechanism.
?
Prepare contract documents, incorporating the effect of all clarifications, negotiations, and qualifications.
?
Management of contracts by rendering contractual support in form of drafting contractual
correspondences, evaluation of changes/variations and on processing Change Requests, issue
Variations/Amendments to Contracts, evaluation of claims, resolving disputes and closing out Contracts.
?
Ensure that contract/procurement strategies , contracts and variations are in full compliance with
Company Regulations and various procedures.
?
Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters. Propagate and maintain zero harm
culture.
?
Transfer job relevant knowledge and knowhow to Company staff in terms of training.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
?
Related Engineering Degree or Diploma.
?
Native-level English ,excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English and proficiency
in Mandarin.
?
Have sufficient experiences in drafting various contracts.
?
Working knowledge of Oil industry standards and international environmental regulations/ requirements
showing the ability to comply with and apply these requirements.
?
Proficient in business correspondence, contract verbiage, report writing with strong analytical, negotiation and preparation/analysis of work execution programs.
?
Well versed in carrying out contracting in strict compliance avoiding conflict of interest and meeting with
high standards of business ethics.
?
Possession of sound knowledge of Contracts Law including arbitration.
?
Be able to work independently with little supervision but strong sense of responsibility.
?
Computer literate in data base/ spreadsheet and relevant software.
?
Good leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills ,have ability to organize own
work and meet strict deadlines.
?
Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract
work sites.
?
15 + years in Oil & Gas industry, Experience in FPSO is beneficial.
?
Proven track record of contract management in the execution of EPC in Oil and Gas project and FPSO
project experience would be preferred.
