崗位職責：
? Work independently or under minimum direction. Assist project procurement manager in superviseprocurement activities on all E&I equipment t.
? Souring, including market survey, lead and coordinate the pre-qualification activities and site auditamong with suppliers and discipline engineers & QA/QC engineers.
? General procurement activities, including suppliers list preparation, inquiry preparation / bid tabulation/ commercial negotiation, purchase order preparation, payment.
? Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, resolve disputes, and maintain strong relationships.
? Supervise procurement engineer and manage expediting status.
? Prepare and maintain procurement reports (e.g., suppliers’ pre-qualification, procurement status,
expediting status, supplier performance)
? Ensure compliance with company procurement guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements (e.g., contract law, anti-corruption policies).
? Cooperation, Organization and Employee Development
? Contribute to a motivated, effective and efficient team with a continuous improvement culture. Ensuregood cooperation with different interfaces.
? Contribute to the openly communication and feedback channel, keeping healthy working environment
? Team Supervision
? Train and oversee procurement engineer, ensuring alignment with company processes.
? Monitor team performance and workflow efficiency, escalating critical issues to project procurement manager.
任職資格：
? Bachelor degree or above / Preferably in engineering
? 8+ years of experience in procurement in chemical and oil & gas industry. 5+ years in EPC company. At least as the lead for two EPC projects
? Fluency in English (written and spoken) for multinational projects.
? Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits or project site inspections.
? Excellent knowledge for MS Office.
? Basic knowledge of technical specifications related to electrical and instrumentation equipment and engineering processes
