核心職責
1、擔任 2-3 個特定上部模塊詳細設計的技術負責人，監(jiān)督并管理浮式生產儲卸油裝置（FPSO）/ 井口平臺（WHP）上部模塊在工程總承包（EPC）階段的設計工作。
2、協(xié)調設計、采購、施工及項目管理團隊（PMT），確保滿足技術規(guī)范與項目要求。
3、制定項目計劃，管理預算與項目進度，解決技術問題，確保符合安全及質量標準。
Key Responsibilities:
1) As the rule of technical manager for the detail design for the specific 2-3 topside modules, oversee and manage FPSO / WHP Topside projects design activities during EPC stage;
2) Coordinate among the design / procurement / construction and PMT team, ensuring that technical specifications and project requirements are met.
3) Develop project plans, manage budgets and project schedule, solve technical
problems, and ensure safety and quality standards compliance.
核心任職要求
1、船舶工程、油氣工藝或機械工程等相關專業(yè)本科及以上學歷，擁有至少 8 年浮式生產儲卸油裝置（FPSO）/ 浮式生產裝置（FPU）等相關管道工程經驗。
2、具備豐富的海上平臺上部模塊管道詳細設計經驗。
3、熟悉船級社規(guī)范及相關海上標準 / 法規(guī)（如挪威船級社（DNV）、美國船級社（ABS）、美國石油學會（API）、挪威工業(yè)標準（Norsok）、美國機械工程師協(xié)會標準（ASME B31.3）等），并有相關實踐經驗。
4、具備上部模塊工藝系統(tǒng)及應力分析相關經驗。
5、積極主動、靈活應變、適應能力強且有自我驅動力。
Key Qualifications
1) Bachelor degree or above in shipbuilding or oil & gas process / mechanical engineering with at least 8 years related piping engineering experience related to FPSO / FPU etc.
2) Extensive experience of offshore topside modules piping detail design .
3) Proven experience of Classification Rules and related Offshore Standards / Regulations like DNV / ABS / API /Norsok / ASME B31.3 etc
4) Experience with Topside process systems and stress analysis
5) Candidate should be positive, flexible, adaptive and self-driven
