2. Supervise MP team to perform material planning and procurement, implement company material control strategy
a) Train material planner
b) Plan and buy materials to ensure material availability
c) Proactively follow up demand update and reschedule schedule lines
d) Monitor, check and confirm the material availability for sales orders and inquiries
e) Monitor transportation status to ensure parts arrive on time
f) Recognition risk for material planning process, and optimize process to ensure supply to customer
g) Optimize material planning process to improve working efficiency
h) Timely identify and escalate material constraints and work together with purchasing function to solve the constraints
i) Monitor supplier delivery performance , and improve accordingly

3. Inventory control
a) DIO control within budget
b) Responsible for maintain appropriate inventory levels to achieve department goals
c) Perform cycle and annual counts for inventory accuracy and reconcile results,difference analysis,and taking action plan for prevent difference happen
d) Organise different function to build up and optimize process to ensure stock taking accuracy
e) SAP DQI control within budget

4. ECR change management
a) Coordinate with supplier and customer to ensure ECR change smoothly

5. Supplier management
a) Responsible for evaluate supplier performance month

a) Responsible for annual budget calculate
