As the supervisor, you will assist the manager
in the daily operation of the department, supervise work performance of
attendants, and are responsible for the cleanliness of apartments and
surrounding areas.
協(xié)助部門經(jīng)理開展日常管理工作，檢查服務(wù)員工作情況，確保客房和周邊地區(qū)整潔有序。

Major Responsibility主要工作職責(zé)

Monitor the status of apartments every day, be
responsible for human resource deployment and assigning daily work.
掌握每天的客房動態(tài)，負責(zé)當天的人力調(diào)配和工作安排。
·
Perform routine inspection on assigned areas and
ensure that high standards of cleanliness and safety are met.
巡視所轄區(qū)域的客房服務(wù)工作，檢查清潔衛(wèi)生、設(shè)施設(shè)備、安全等，確保達到規(guī)定的標準。
·
Organize and inspect comprehensive room
cleanliness.
執(zhí)行并檢查客房大清潔工作。
·
Prepare apartments before guests' arrival,
inspect apartments before guests' departure.
負責(zé)客人到店前的房間準備以及客人離店前的客房檢查等相關(guān)工作。
·
Record living habits and special requirements
of long-stay guests and VIP, and ensure that their requirements are properly arranged.
關(guān)注長住客和VIP 客人的居住習(xí)慣和特殊要求，做好記錄并妥當安排。
·
Communicate with guests, make sure that assigned
attendants know their special requirements, and offer excellent service.
善于與客人溝通，將客人的特殊要求及時傳達給所轄區(qū)域的服務(wù)員，確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
·
Deal with guests' requirements and complaints
properly, report exceptional situations and special events to superiors.
處理客人提出的一般性要求和投訴，有異常情況和特殊事件及時向上級報告。
·
Assist manager to manage items storage, consumption
management, and regular stock inventory.
協(xié)同部門經(jīng)理做好樓層各類物品的存儲、消耗統(tǒng)計和管理；做好物品的定期盤點工作。
·
Involve in safety and fire precaution work, ensure
that each attendant know what to do in case of emergency, assist Security
Department to check fire fighting equipments, make a safe environment for guests.
負責(zé)督促和檢查安全防火工作。確保部門每個員工對應(yīng)急措施熟悉了解；協(xié)同保安部定期檢查防火設(shè)施設(shè)備，保證客房和客人的安全。

Comply with operation rules and service
standards, train attendants, especially new ones.
熟練掌握各項操作程序和服務(wù)技能，負責(zé)客房部服務(wù)員、特別是新員工的培訓(xùn)工作。
·
Perform visual inspections on attendants' appearance
and politeness to ensure that Ascott standards are met.
負責(zé)檢查服務(wù)員儀容儀表和禮儀禮貌，使他們達到公司標準。
·
Establish clear rewards and punishment system,
motivate staff and improve productivity.
獎懲分明，努力調(diào)動一切積極因素，提高工作效率。
·
Offer reasonable advice and suggestions,
improve management of Housekeeping Department.
提出合理性建議與意見，促進部門的管理。
·
In compliance with the Ascott Group's
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to
energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集團的環(huán)境健康安全方針政策，日常工作中注意節(jié)能和安全操作。

Other duties assigned by superiors.
完成上級交辦的其他任務(wù)。

Requirements資質(zhì)需求
·
Minimum two to three years supervisory working experience
in hotel or serviced residence;
2-3年以上的服務(wù)公寓/星級酒店部門領(lǐng)班以上管理經(jīng)驗；
·
Familiar with operation rules of serviced
residence/hotel housekeeping, strict compliance with procedure;
熟悉服務(wù)公寓/酒店客房的整個操作規(guī)程，能夠嚴格按照程序做事；
·
Good communication skills, ability to train
staff;
具備良好的溝通能力，并有一定的培訓(xùn)能力；
·
Sense of initiative, ability to obey, team
spirit;
良好的主動性，并具有服從精神、團隊精神；
·
Enthusiasm of serviced residence/hotel;
熱忠于服務(wù)式公寓/酒店的服務(wù)事業(yè)；
·
Ability to work under pressure.
能承受工作壓力。
