一、職位概述?
作為網絡運營核心管理者,你將全面負責吉隆坡網絡運營中心(NOC)的整體運營與績效管控,聚焦網絡基礎設施的實時監控、故障精準檢測、高效事件響應及性能持續優化,確保網絡始終保持高可用、高可靠狀態。同時,你需統籌管理位于柔佛州的現場運營團隊,通過科學調度與流程管控,保障現場維護、設備更換、站點巡檢及應急響應工作高效落地,為南部地區網絡穩定運行筑牢基礎。?
二、核心職責?
(一)吉隆坡 NOC 團隊管理與運營?
●搭建并領導 7×24 小時 NOC 團隊,通過系統化培訓、精細化監督與個性化培養,打造專業高效的運營團隊,全力保障網絡高可用性、可靠性與高性能;?
●主導實時網絡監控與事件全生命周期管理,建立標準化處理流程,確保故障響應、問題解決全程符合服務級別協議(SLA)要求,最小化故障對業務的影響;?
●設計并落地事件升級機制、根本原因分析(RCA)流程,以及內外部跨團隊溝通協作規范,打破信息壁壘,提升問題解決效率;?
●深度分析網絡關鍵績效指標(KPI),輸出數據驅動的運營報告,精準識別運營趨勢與優化方向,推動網絡性能持續迭代;?
●統籌規劃網絡維護窗口與升級方案,平衡業務需求與運維工作,制定風險防控預案,將對客戶的影響降至最低;?
●負責運營文檔與知識庫(含操作手冊、標準作業程序 SOP、升級矩陣等)的全生命周期管理,確保內容實時更新、規范統一,為團隊高效作業提供支撐。?
(二)柔佛州現場運營統籌?
●全面管理柔佛州現場運營團隊,明確團隊職責與工作標準,統籌物理基礎設施支持工作(含光纖跳線、設備更換、站點拜訪等),確保現場服務質量;?
●結合南部地區接入點(POPs)與數據中心設施分布,科學規劃預防性維護、站點審計及物理檢查計劃,合理分配任務,防范潛在風險;?
●擔任 NOC 與現場團隊的 “橋梁紐帶”,建立高效派單機制,確保需現場介入的事件能被精準識別、快速調度,實現問題閉環管理;?
●負責現場運營所需備件、工具及網絡硬件的庫存管控與物流協調,建立安全庫存預警機制,保障現場作業 “物資不缺位”;?
●嚴格落實現場部署的安全、安保及合規要求,定期開展合規檢查與培訓,確保團隊操作全程符合行業規范與公司制度。?
(三)人員管理與團隊領導力?
●基于業務目標與團隊能力現狀,為 NOC 工程師、現場技術人員制定清晰的工作目標、可量化的關鍵績效指標(KPIs)及個性化培訓計劃,助力員工成長;?
●組織定期團隊會議、工作復盤會與績效評估,及時反饋員工工作表現,挖掘團隊優勢與不足,針對性制定改進方案;?
●培育 “責任為先、持續精進、協作共贏” 的團隊文化,通過激勵機制與溝通機制,提升團隊凝聚力與戰斗力,打造高績效團隊。?
Network Operation Centre (NOC) Manager
Job Summary
The NOC Manager is responsible for the operational performance and management of the Network Operations Center based in Kuala Lumpur. This includes real-time monitoring, fault detection, incident response, and performance optimization of the network infrastructure. Additionally, the NOC Manager will oversee the Field Operations Team located in Johor, ensuring timely execution of field maintenance, equipment replacement, site inspections, and emergency response.
Network Operations Center (KL-based)
· Build, lead, supervise, and develop the 24x7 NOC team to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of the network.
· Manage real-time network monitoring and incident handling, ensuring SLA compliance for fault response and resolution.
· Establish incident escalation protocols, root cause analysis processes, and communication workflows with internal teams and external partners.
· Analyse network KPIs, generate operational reports, and identify trends and improvement areas.
· Coordinate planned maintenance windows and network upgrades with minimal customer disruption.
· Ensure documentation and knowledge base (runbooks, SOPs, escalation matrices) are consistently maintained and improved.
Field Operations (Johor-based team)
· Manage and coordinate the Field Operations Team in Johor responsible for physical infrastructure support (fiber patching, equipment replacement, site visits).
· Plan and assign preventive maintenance, site audits, and physical checks across POPs and data center facilities in the southern region.
· Serve as a liaison between the field team and the NOC to ensure accurate and timely dispatch for incidents requiring on-site intervention.
· Oversee inventory and logistics of spare parts, tools, and network hardware for field operations.
· Ensure all safety, security, and compliance procedures are adhered to during field deployments.
People Management & Leadership
· Set goals, KPIs, and training plans for NOC engineers and field technicians.
· Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
