Main Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and optimize daily production operations (adhesive filling and packaging)
- Manage production team (approx. 10 employees) and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
- Plan production schedules, raw material needs, and capacity utilization
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and shipping
- Oversee purchasing of raw materials and consumables from local suppliers
- Manage supply chain and maintain contact with German and European partners
- Ensure compliance with Group quality and safety standards
- Train, supervise, and motivate the local team
- Report operational results to management in Germany
- Support audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Production Management
- 5+ years’ experience in adhesives, construction chemicals, or related industry
- Proven leadership experience in small/midsize factory operations
- Hands-on knowledge of filling, batching, or mixing technologies
- Strong understanding of production KPIs and cost efficiency
- Fluent Mandarin, good English communication skills
- Proactive, structured, and reliable personality
- Open-minded and motivated to work in a German–Chinese business culture
