We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandising Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, international work environment.

主要職責(zé) / Key Responsibilities：
? 與供應(yīng)商溝通產(chǎn)品信息、報價及交期
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers regarding product details, pricing, and timelines
? 組織樣品的收集和寄送
Organize and manage the collection and shipment of product samples
? 跟蹤產(chǎn)品流程，確保交期與品質(zhì)
Monitor the product development and production process to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
? 協(xié)助產(chǎn)品開發(fā)，支持團(tuán)隊(duì)日常工作
Assist in new product development and support the merchandising team in daily operations
? 維護(hù)項(xiàng)目資料與文檔記錄
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project

崗位要求 / Requirements：
? 良好的英文聽說讀寫能力，懂葡語者優(yōu)先
Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Portuguese is a strong plus
? 較強(qiáng)的組織與時間管理能力
Strong organizational and time-management skills
? 良好的溝通能力與解決問題的能力
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
? 具備抗壓能力和較強(qiáng)的耐力，能勝任高強(qiáng)度的工作節(jié)奏
Ability to work under pressure and maintain stamina in a fast-paced environment
? 有相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)、采購或跟單經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮
Experience in merchandising, sourcing, or related fields is preferred
? 能夠獨(dú)立工作，也能良好配合團(tuán)隊(duì)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
